After recruiting four young apprentices last year, Dr Martens are looking to offer a further four places to talented young people as part of their 2013 Apprenticeship Scheme.
Based at Dr Martens Cobbs Lane Factory in Wollaston, Northamptonshire, the four apprentices will over a 12-month period learn about footwear manufacture, as well as the unique Dr. Martens manufacturing process. On successful completion, the new recruits will achieve an Intermediate Apprenticeship in Footwear and be qualified to work as a Footwear Operative in the Wollaston factory specialising in Clicking, Closing, Lasting or Finishing.
